Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts. You will greet prospects, tour communities, process applications, run background checks, prepare lease documents, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will design marketing activities, track traffic, and use OneSite/Yardi to manage data and occupancy. The role involves building plans to sustain occupancy, following concession policies, and supporting renewal letters and packages to secure

Qualifications

• Licenses and/or certifications required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Schedule move-ins, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Track availability and activity using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize resident retention.
• Support lease renewals with letters and packages, coordinate with renewing residents.
