Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to coordinate the community’s leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies. The role involves greeting prospects, tours, applications, and lease processing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You will design marketing plans, implement campaigns, track data in OneSite/Yardi, and ensure show units meet company standards. Flexibility and teamwork are essential for success in this on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks.
• Prepare and finalize leases, move-in packages, and ensure smooth move-ins.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Monitor show units for quality and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages and contact renewing residents in advance.
