Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing/Marketing Coordinator to coordinate community leasing, marketing and renewal efforts to optimize occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction. You will conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and assemble lease packages to ensure smooth move-ins.

The role requires on-site work, engagement in marketing activities, and maintaining strong resident relations to support lease renewals.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify applicants, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages; coordinate smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and ensure move-in ready condition.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain data in onsite management software (OneSite, Yardi) and track availability.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
