Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent in Los Angeles to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a 180-unit community. This role requires weekend availability and a 9am-6pm schedule, with on-site duties and a 20% housing discount for eligible employees.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage renewals using OneSite and Yardi within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience (Knowledge with affordable housing, OneSite, and Funnel CRM)
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure units are move-in ready, coordinating with maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies related to concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.) and manage referrals and employer outreach programs.
• Use on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards; communicate maintenance needs to staff; prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease renewals when due.
• Support lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters/packages and contacting renewing residents in advance of move-out dates.
