Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
• Must have access to personal vehicle or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and show target viewing apartments.
• Respond to resident and prospective resident calls and emails promptly; set viewing appointments.
• Facilitate the application process for approved applicants.
• Review and process all applications immediately upon receipt; communicate results promptly.
• Maintain and follow up on traffic in queue; monitor leads and follow up.
• Shop competitive properties monthly to inform marketing and leasing strategies; ensure curb appeal and cleanliness.
