Weidner Apartment Homes is seeking a Leasing Consultant to engage prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm, guide them through the application process, and coordinate marketing and renewal strategies. You will respond promptly to inquiries, tour communities, and ensure apartments are clean and ready for showing.

The role emphasizes timely communication, attention to detail, and teamwork across property staff, with opportunities to earn commissions and bonuses based on community

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Yardi and Paycom preferred; willingness to learn new software.

Responsabilités

• Walk marketing tour path and show apartments; ensure rent-ready units and model homes.
• Respond to resident and prospective resident calls and emails promptly; set viewing appointments.
• Facilitate the application process and review applications quickly.
• Maintain traffic in queue; shop competitors monthly and adhere to marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with team and vendors to uphold quality standards and processes.
