Weidner Apartment Homes in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Leasing Consultant to connect with prospective and current residents with a warm, energetic approach. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, while delivering top-tier customer service and accurate application processing.

In this role, you will respond promptly to inquiries, tour prospects with enthusiasm, manage traffic, and support Weidner's Move In Experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with Yardi and Paycom preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly via in-person, phone, email, and text.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and show apartments.
• Respond to resident and prospect calls and emails promptly.
• Facilitate the application process at the end of the tour.
• Review and process applications immediately upon receipt.
• Maintain traffic in queue and follow marketing strategies.
• Ensure market-ready apartments and amenities daily.
• Shop competitive properties monthly.
• Adhere to Weidner Move In Experience.
