Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across the San Jose region, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. The role involves greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.

Experience in property management or related fields is preferred; strong communication, organization, and customer service skills are essential.

Aufgaben

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, performing credit checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspects apartments to ensure move-in readiness and coordinates with maintenance for any repairs.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies related to concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including online postings and referrals, and tracks leads with on-site software.
• Maintains show units and on-site marketing corridor to ensure a high-quality presentation for tours and move-ins.
• Supports lease renewals by preparing renewal letters, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring timely signing of documents.
• Responds to resident and owner inquiries promptly and escalates issues to appropriate stakeholders.
