Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen candidates, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will also implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic via digital and local channels. You will collaborate with maintenance, leasing teams, and residents to deliver high-quality show units and consistent customer

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals
• Greetes prospects, conducts tours, processes applications, screenings, and lease signings
• Implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy
• Designs marketing activities to drive traffic and referrals
• Uses property management software to track availability and leads
• Prepares lease renewal letters and packages for renewals
• Responds to resident concerns and coordinates with maintenance and owners
