ResProp Management in Houston, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Standard on the River property to manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, close leases, prepare documents, and maintain a clean, welcoming community. The role requires strong sales skills, exceptional customer service, and tech-savviness with property management software.

You should be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Customer service and sales experience in leasing.
• Ability to close deals and guide residents through the move-in process.
• Comfort learning and using property management applications.

Responsibilities
