ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to guide prospective residents from tour through move-in, delivering an exceptional lease experience and coordinating with the leasing team.

You will market the property, answer inquiries, process applications, inspect units, and assist with delinquent rent collections while maintaining property standards. This in-office role requires strong sales skills and attention to detail to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Cheerful, customer-service oriented.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn property management software.
• Strong sales/leasing/closing skills.
• Experience with affordable housing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in and close the sale.
• Understand property features to match resident needs.
• Market the property via online posts and outreach marketing.
• Support occupancy and retention by following up with residents.
• Use problem-solving skills for unpredictable situations.
• Maintain knowledge of the property and competitors for informed decisions.
• Build relationships with residents through timely responses.
• Prepare lease documents and related records with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team to plan resident events.
• Assist in delinquent rent collection with the Assistant Manager.
• Daily property and model inspections, maintain cleanliness.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, weekends.
