Responsibilities include guiding tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, preparing leases, coordinating with maintenance, implementing marketing plans, and driving renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales activities at residential communities.
• Ability to design and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Proficient with on-site management software (OneSite/Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare leases, coordinate move-in packages, and ensure smooth occupancy.
• Support lease renewals and prudent marketing to boost occupancy.
• Follow-up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams for show quality.
