• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Maintain move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for unit readiness.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and lease renewals.
• Support lease renewal process and communicate with renewing residents.
