Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Maintain lease files and accurately record traffic from all sources.
• Communicate clearly with residents using proper grammar and spelling.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to cope with and defuse difficult situations

Basic understanding of Fair Housing laws

Computer software experience (MS Word, Excel, etc.)

Education

High school diploma required

College degree preferred

One year of previous customer service experience
