Job summary

Greystar is seeking a results-driven Leasing Agent for a 452-unit Garden community. You will coordinate marketing, tours, applications, screenings, and move-in processes to achieve occupancy and revenue targets while delivering outstanding resident service.

Daily duties include updating systems (OneSite, Yardi), coordinating renewals, implementing marketing plans, and staying informed on market conditions. You must maintain show units, respond to inquiries promptly, and support a flexible

Qualifications

Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-ins.

Responsibilities

Sell and lease to new residents, renewals management, and drive occupancy and revenue goals.
Inspect units and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
Create traffic and show units through online and on-site marketing activities.
Utilize property management software to track availability and lease activity.
Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease signings and renewals.
Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries and resolve issues.
