Job summary

Greystar is seeking a full-time Leasing & Marketing Specialist for on-site roles to drive occupancy and revenue at a Garden property. You will greet prospects, tour apartments, process applications, and secure lease signings while ensuring move-in readiness and resident satisfaction.

You will stay informed of market conditions, implement marketing plans, and drive traffic via online ads, referrals, and employer outreach. Proficiency with OneSite/Yardi and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in leasing and sales to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Ability to qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and process applications.
Familiarity with credit and background checks and lease processing.
Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
Experience executing on marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

Greet prospects, conduct tours, and present apartments to drive leases.
Process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.
Coordinate renewal notices and lease extensions to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to stay competitive.
Track leasing activity and resident data using on-site software.
Ensure show units meet company standards and coordinate with maintenance.
