Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing agent to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a 360-unit garden community. The role involves greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, running credit checks, and preparing lease packages to ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

You will track occupancy and collaborate with maintenance and marketing teams. The position requires flexibility to work a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekends, and on-site responsibilities at

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Ability to greet prospects, qualify leads and conduct tours.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit checks and handle move-in packages.
• Support lease renewal processes and respond to resident questions and concerns.
• Coordinate marketing activities and track leasing data using OnSite/Yardi or similar software.
