Job summary

Greystar is seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a multi-family community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease documents to drive occupancy and revenue.

This role utilizes OneSite/Yardi on-site software, requires strong customer service and communication skills, and involves follow-ups, renewals, and ensuring resident satisfaction through the lease term.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds (50 pounds with assistance).
• Strong sales, leasing and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including tours, applications, credit checks, and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools and referrals.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and leases.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals.
