Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional in Austin, TX to drive leasing, marketing, and renewal activities across the community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in experience while maintaining high resident satisfaction and retention.

You will stay informed about market conditions, execute short- and long-term marketing plans, and align with company standards for show quality.

Qualifications

• Greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showings, processing applications and background checks.
• Preparing lease and move-in packages and ensuring smooth move-ins.
• Following marketing plans, monitoring occupancy, and implementing renewal strategies.

Responsibilities

• Engage and qualify prospects, present community, and close leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Track traffic and leasing activity using property software.
• Assist with lease renewals and communications with renewing residents.
• Address resident or owner inquiries promptly and document requests.
