Greystar is seeking a Leasing/Marketing Coordinator to drive leasing, marketing, and renewal efforts at a Tucker, GA community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases while coordinating with maintenance to keep show units ready.

You will stay informed about market conditions, design short- and long-term marketing plans, and actively follow up with prospects and renewing residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Ability to greeting and qualify prospects and conduct tours.
• Knowledge of market conditions and occupancy strategies.
• Valid driver’s license as required by property operations.
