Job summary

Greystar in Duluth, GA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, schedule tours, process applications, conduct credit and background checks, prepare lease paperwork, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will inspect units, monitor market conditions, execute marketing plans, manage data in OneSite/Yardi, and support renewal activities to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales within a multifamily property.
• Ability to greet prospects, qualify leads, and close leases.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications; perform credit and background checks; prepare lease documents.
• Coordinate move-in packages and ensure smooth resident onboarding.
• Inspect units pre-move-in and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Maintain data in property systems (OneSite, Yardi) and track leasing activities.
• Support renewal program: contact renewing residents and prepare renewal packets.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and concerns.
