Kairoi is seeking a Leasing Professional in Austin, TX to manage the leasing cycle from inquiry to lease signing and to deliver exceptional resident service.

You will present properties, schedule tours, and use Yardi/RealPage to track applications and leases while supporting retention programs and marketing efforts. A high school diploma is required with two years in leasing; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in leasing or sales, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi or RealPage).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in last 12 months.

Mansioni

• Present the community and apartments to prospective residents, highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through leasing.
• Maintain knowledge of floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Use Yardi or RealPage to manage resident data, applications, and leases.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for a smooth resident experience.
• Plan retention programs and community events to foster belonging.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager on marketing and online reputation.
