Job summary

LDG Development is seeking a Leasing Team Member in Louisville, KY to ensure LIHTC compliance, maintain high occupancy, and prelease for future availability. You will greet prospects, process applications, and collaborate with maintenance to support smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in leasing, LIHTC knowledge, and strong computer skills, with flexibility for evenings and weekends in a fast-paced affordable housing community.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Real Page Onesite experience preferred.
• Strong LIHTC compliance knowledge, income limits, and eligibility requirements.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Evenings and weekends availability required.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing for correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Process rental applications and verify documents per LIHTC guidelines.
• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and highlight community features.
• Maintain detailed lease files and prepare lease paperwork for audits.
• Assist with monthly Marketing Plan and coordinate with maintenance and staff.
