Job summary

Avanath Capital LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations within the community. You will maintain professional engagement with residents and the workforce, ensuring a high standard of service.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, qualifying leads, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins while upholding Fair Housing and company policies. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and comfort with Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
• Solid computer knowledge: Windows, Word, Excel, internet, and e-mail.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify all prospects.
• Record all visits on guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Demonstrate property features and close the sale.
• Process applications and deposit per procedures and Fair Housing.
