Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1-2 years in multi-family residential management preferred.
• CALP preferred.
• Computer skills required: Microsoft Office, Google Business Suite, Entrata property management software preferred.
• Flexible and capable of prioritizing tasks in a busy environment.
• Ability to show knowledge from training courses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service relationships adhering to Worcester Purpose and Core Values.
• Adhere to Worcester Communities policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Provide professional, courteous interaction with residents, vendors, contractors, and team members.
• Answer calls, greet prospective residents, and conduct tours following Leasing SOP guidelines.
• Present informative property tours and compare with other properties in the area to address needs.
• Assist applicants with completing the rental application and deposit collection.
• Prepare lease paperwork and lease/renewals in various channels (in person, phone, online).
• Maintain accurate leasing data and respond to internet leads per Leasing SOP.
• Log communications in Entrata and report to Community Manager when needed.
