• Drive Traffic and Occupancy: implement strategies to boost traffic and occupancy.
• Create Value and Exceed Expectations: address residents' needs and showcase advantages.
• Build Relationships: provide outstanding service to residents, vendors, and team members.
• Master the Leasing Process: conduct tours, assist with applications, prepare leases.
• Utilize Technology: use property management software (Entrata preferred) to manage leads and data.
• Contribute to Marketing and Events: assist with surveys, social media, and events.
