Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about available properties.
• Market and promote properties to maximize occupancy; conduct property tours.
• Screen applicants, negotiate lease terms, and prepare lease paperwork.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and respond to inquiries and concerns.
