Landings Management LLC in Middletown, RI is seeking a Leasing Specialist to guide prospective tenants through tours, applications, and lease signings, driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will coordinate with management and maintenance to ensure a seamless leasing process, renewals, and compliant operations. Excellent communication and knowledge of leasing laws are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales.
• Knowledge of leasing laws and fair housing regulations.
• Ability to handle background and credit checks.

Responsabilités

• Conduct property tours and present leasing options.
• Manage applications and screening, including background/credit checks.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements according to policies and laws.
• Maintain leasing records and reports on occupancy, expirations, renewals.
• Coordinate with management and maintenance for move-ins/move-outs.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract tenants.
