Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Leasing and marketing the community to maximize occupancy.
• Touring the community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospects and state current specs, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Process resident communications including service requests and entering them in the system; coordinate with the Service Team.
