Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide information and onsite tours of the community, with the goal of leasing apartments to prospective residents and delivering exceptional service to current residents.

Your day-to-day includes leasing activities, touring the community, knowing unit details, processing service requests in Yardi, and coordinating with the Service Team to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community and vacant apartments with prospects and know apartment specs, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Process resident communications, including service requests in Yardi and relay to Service Team.
• Greet clients, prospects, and residents warmly while complying with Fair Housing rules.
