Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Independence, MO is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide information, conduct on-site tours, and lease apartments to prospective residents while delivering friendly, responsive service to current residents.

You will actively participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy, tour amenities, process service requests in Yardi, greet clients professionally, and comply with Fair Housing regulations; 1–2 years in sales or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and know current rents.
• Process resident communications and service requests in Yardi and relay to Service Team.
• Greet clients, prospects and residents in a friendly, welcoming manner per Fair Housing regulations.
