Job summary

Real Property Management Richmond Metro is seeking a Leasing Agent to nurture leads, conduct showings, and guide applicants through the leasing process to sign leases. You will serve as the main point of contact for prospective residents, providing excellent customer service and building relationships.

A Virginia real estate license is required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Virginia real estate license is REQUIRED.
• Experience in customer-facing sales or customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with common computer software.

Responsibilities

• Nurture Leads – contact leads to arrange showings and follow up after the showings to sign leases.
• Conduct Showings – tour properties and help prospects visualize living there.
• Get Applications & Get Leases – ensure applications are submitted and leases signed.
• Solicit Feedback and Make Recommendations – provide rent pricing observations to influence listed prices.
• Service with A Smile – be the resident’s main point of contact during tenancy and after sale.
