Real Property Management Metro Boston is seeking a Leasing Agent who enjoys helping people and closing leases. You will nurture leads, conduct property showings, and guide applicants from inquiry to signed lease. You should be comfortable using CRM software and delivering friendly, professional service.

A NH Real Estate license and a valid driver’s license are required; commission-based pay offers potential bonuses and ongoing earning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of various computer software.
• Experience using and updating a CRM.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales or customer service role.
• NH Real Estate license is required; a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Nurture Leads – contact incoming applicants to arrange showings and follow up after showings.
• Conduct Showings – tour leads through properties and help them picture living there.
• Get Applications & Get Leases – guide leads through application and lease process.
• Solicit Feedback and Make Recommendations – relay observations on rent pricing and amenities.
• Service with A Smile – answer questions and create a positive first impression.
