Princeton Management seeks a motivated leasing agent for a residential community. You will engage with prospective tenants, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process while delivering excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes organization and strong communication, with the ability to manage multiple leads. A high school diploma and real estate knowledge are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Minimum 1-2 years in property management or leasing preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Engage with prospective tenants and current residents via phone, email, and in person to deliver superior customer service.
• Conduct property tours, present units and amenities, and discuss terms and pricing.
• Assist applicants through the leasing process and explain lease terms and documents.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, unit status, and resident interactions.
