Indian Hills Residences in Cleveland, OH is seeking an energetic Leasing Agent to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will manage the full leasing cycle from prospecting and tours to lease execution and move-in coordination, maintaining a professional, resident-focused approach.

The ideal candidate will leverage strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable using Yardi and Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience (leasing, retail, hospitality, or real estate preferred).
• Previous experience in apartment leasing or residential property management strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High energy, outgoing personality, and professional appearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Greet prospective residents during tours and follow up throughout the leasing process.
• Present available units and community amenities in an appealing, persuasive, and informative manner.
• Highlight features and community lifestyle to convey value.
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Process lease applications accurately and in compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and CRM to convert leads.
• Coordinate move-in logistics and welcome packages.
• Maintain accurate listings on RentCafe, Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.
• Input prospect and lease data into Yardi or CRM in real-time.
• Work closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure market-ready units.
