Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• 2+ years of experience in property leasing preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, ask questions, and follow up or refer to other properties.
• Record all telephone and in-person visits in Yardi.
• Inspect model and market-ready suites to ensure readiness for move-ins.
• Handle administrative tasks: resident files, inspections, communications.
• Conduct neighborhood marketing and outreach, distribute materials.
