Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or customer‑facing roles and 2+ years in a leasing position, with a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Yardi is preferred, and Fair Housing certification will be required before

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales or customer-facing role
• 2+ years in a property leasing position preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Willingness to obtain Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
• Yardi software experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects and follow up on unresolved leads
• Record all visits in Yardi
• Inspect model and market-ready suites for readiness
• Manage resident files, inspections, and communications
• Conduct neighborhood marketing and distribute materials
• Other duties as assigned
