Job summary

Horizon Realty Advisors LLC in Knoxville is seeking a Leasing Professional to lease apartment homes and provide outstanding customer service toProspects and residents. You will market the community, conduct tours, process applications, and help achieve occupancy goals.

The role offers a standard full-time schedule Tuesday–Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 10am–4pm, with compensation structure of $18–$20 per hour DOE plus leasing commissions; benefits include health, retirement, PTO, and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or property management experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and prospective residents professionally; provide property information, conduct tours, and identify prospect needs and preferences.
• Perform leasing activities through phone, online, and in-person interactions, and manage prospect lead follow-up per company standards.
• Assist with processing lease applications, preparing documentation, and coordinating move-in schedules and materials.
• Build and maintain positive resident relationships through responsive, high-quality customer service.
• Support daily property operations, including routine community inspections and monitoring of shared amenities.
