Brookside Properties, Inc. is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join The Views at Elm Grove & Emory Cove in Knoxville, TN. You will welcome prospective residents, tours, and process applications with a focus on outstanding customer service.

The role requires leasing experience or strong sales background, proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel, and the ability to walk grounds, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs. Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leasing experience preferred; strong sales or customer service background desirable.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Tour, lease, and renew apartments.
• Prepare and maintain model units.
• Maintain accurate property and resident files.
• Respond to resident inquiries courteously and promptly.
• Execute leasing paperwork and application screening.
• Perform daily inspections and support marketing efforts.
• Uphold Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards.
