Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for the Clear Lake area in League City, TX. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will greet prospects, schedule tours, process applications, perform background checks, and ensure smooth move-ins. Strong knowledge of on-site software and market conditions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease to new residents by greeting, qualifying prospects, showing apartments, processing applications and lease documents.
• Inspect and prepare apartments for move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any fixes.
• Design and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
