Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure units are ready for occupancy.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive referrals.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals.
