Job summary

You will oversee marketing, leasing, and training, manage lease documentation, review performance metrics, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure property standards. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm, with a 20% housing discount and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leasing management experience required.
• Strong leasing and sales background with leadership experience.
• Ability to manage resident relations and leasing metrics.

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising and sales activities to hit occupancy goals.
• Lead leasing team, train staff, and manage lease documentation.
• Monitor reports and adjust pricing, concessions and incentives.
