Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist for our Austin, TX property. You will maximize occupancy by leasing apartments, providing tours, and coordinating move-ins with a focus on exceptional customer service. This role emphasizes teamwork with the Community Manager and on-site marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, coordinating tours, and ensuring accurate fee processing and move-in paperwork, while adhering to fair housing rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities and show apartments, respond to inquiries, and coordinate tours.
• Schedule tours and move-ins, follow up with prospects, and maintain occupancy targets.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, deposits, rents and fees; process fees and move-in paperwork.
