CAF Management - Taylor Commons is seeking a Leasing Professional to be the face of the community, greet prospective residents, provide tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process. This on-site, full-time position emphasizes customer care and meeting leasing goals.

You'll work with Entrata or similar software, support marketing efforts, and assist with move-ins and renewals. Competitive pay includes an hourly rate plus commission, with strong growth opportunities in multifamily

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work Saturdays and a flexible weekday schedule.
• Comfortable working with leasing goals and sales metrics.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
• Previous leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata (or similar software).
• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events.
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability.
