Job summary

CAF Management is seeking a Leasing Professional in Austin, TX. You will greet prospective residents, tour communities, and guide applicants through the leasing process with a focus on excellent customer service.

You’ll support marketing efforts, maintain records in Entrata, and collaborate with maintenance and management to ensure resident satisfaction. This role is onsite with a competitive hourly rate plus commission and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work Saturdays and flexible weekday schedule.
• Comfortable working with leasing goals and sales metrics.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features.
• Answer calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata or similar software.
• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events.
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability.
