CAF Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional to greet prospective residents, show tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process on-site. This full-time role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service and meeting leasing goals.

You will collaborate with maintenance and management to maximize resident satisfaction, while gaining exposure to market trends, pricing, and available units. Entrata experience is a strong plus, and a flexible weekday schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work Saturdays and maintain a flexible weekday schedule.
• Comfortable working with leasing goals and sales metrics.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
• Previous leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Experience with Entrata or property management software.
• Bilingual abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata (or similar software).
• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events.
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability.
