CAF Management is seeking a Leasing Professional to be the face of our community, greeting prospective residents, giving tours, and guiding applicants through the leasing process with professionalism. This role includes maintaining accurate records in Entrata and supporting marketing efforts and resident events.

You will work full-time onsite, with a competitive hourly rate plus commission, and opportunities to grow within the multifamily industry.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work Saturdays and maintain a flexible weekday schedule.
• Comfortable working with leasing goals and sales metrics.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata (or similar software).
• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events.
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability.
