You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, guide applicants through the leasing process, and maintain records in Entrata. This fast-paced role emphasizes customer service and teamwork in a multifamily setting.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable meeting leasing goals and working with sales metrics.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn property software.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata (or similar software)
• Assist with marketing, outreach, and resident events
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication
• Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability
