CAF Management – Villas at Chase Oaks is seeking a Leasing Professional to greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process on-site in Plano, Texas. The role emphasizes strong customer service, sales awareness, and timely responses to inquiries.

The position offers an hourly rate plus commissions, with a schedule that includes Saturdays and a flexible weekday setup.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Availability to work Saturdays and maintain a flexible weekday schedule.
• Comfortable working with leasing goals and sales metrics.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
• Experience with Entrata or property management software is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features.
• Answer calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata or similar software.
• Assist with marketing, outreach, and resident events.
• Support move-ins, renewals, and resident communication.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and availability.
