CAF Management - Victory North in League City, TX seeks a Leasing Professional to greet prospective residents, show tours, and drive the leasing process with professionalism and care. You will collaborate with maintenance and management, support move-ins and renewals, and contribute to marketing efforts while maintaining accurate records in Entrata or similar software.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work Saturdays and flexible weekdays.
• Comfortable working with leasing goals and sales metrics.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata (or similar software).
• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events.
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability.
